One of the principal formats employed in the Expansive Culinary project, is that of an “at home” performance which begins with a selection process of the participants, using the webbsite as a work tool. The menus are published and the interested parties are encouraged to send e-mails demonstrating their desire to host the event in their homes. The candidate showing the most enthusiasm towards the project is selected as the host of the event.
